I'm Kendra — a REALTOR® serving Janesville, Beloit, and the rest of Rock County and South Central Wisconsin. Most of the people I work with are buying their first home, and I built my business around making that first time feel steady instead of overwhelming.
I don't just sell houses in this area — I live here. I own an older home in Janesville (knotty pine walls and all), so I know what it actually means to take on a real house: the good parts, the quirks, and the projects that come with it.
